Cookies Notice
Last updated: 18 May 2026
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, all strictly necessary to make Zentria work. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information between page loads. Similar technologies include browser local storage and session storage. In this notice, "cookies" refers to all of these.
2. The cookies we use
All cookies listed below are strictly necessary: without them, core features such as staying signed in or remembering your language would not work. Under EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. They are listed here for transparency.
| Name | Purpose | Set by | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authentication session | Keeps you signed in to your workspace after you log in. | Supabase (on app.zentriacrm.com) | Up to the session expiry of your sign-in (typically 1 hour, refreshed automatically) |
| Refresh token | Allows the app to renew your session without asking you to sign in again. | Supabase (on app.zentriacrm.com) | Up to 30 days, until you sign out |
| Language preference | Remembers the language you selected (English, Italian, or Polish) so the app loads in your preferred language. | Zentria (browser local storage) | Until cleared by you |
| Cookie notice acknowledgement | Records that you have seen the cookie banner so we do not show it on every visit. | Zentria (browser local storage) | 12 months |
3. What we do not use
We do not currently use:
- Advertising or marketing cookies.
- Third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar).
- Cross-site tracking technologies.
- Social media embed cookies.
If this ever changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
4. Third-party providers and incidental cookies
Some pages of the website embed assets from third parties (for example, an icon library served from a public CDN). These providers may set their own cookies as a side effect of serving the file. We do not control those cookies and do not use them to track you. The current third-party assets are:
- Font Awesome (Cloudflare CDN) on the marketing website, used for icons.
- Formspree when you submit the contact form on the website.
5. How to control cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Instructions vary by browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to your workspace.
6. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
